Honeydew School, Mahasamund celebrated Makar Sankranti with great joy and cultural enthusiasm. The celebration helped our students learn about the importance of Indian festivals while enjoying meaningful and safe activities.
Children happily enjoyed tilli laddu, understanding their traditional significance during Makar Sankranti. The campus was filled with smiles as students posed for pictures with colorful kites, making the celebration lively and memorable.
Teachers also guided the children on the importance of playing safe during Makar Sankranti, educating them about avoiding sharp strings, flying kites in open spaces, and being mindful of birds and others around them. Through these simple yet valuable lessons, children learned to celebrate festivals responsibly.
