WELCOME DAY 2026

Student Welcome 2026 — New Session, Honeydew School Mahasamund

"Learning through play is the Honeydew way!"

Every new academic session at Honeydew School begins with blessings, gratitude, and a warm welcome — and the Student Welcome 2026 celebration was a beautiful start to the year ahead. As our students stepped into a fresh session full of new lessons and new friendships, the day began on a note of devotion and positivity.

Seeking Maa Saraswati's Blessings

The celebrations opened with students invoking Maa Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge and wisdom, seeking her blessings for a year of learning, growth, and success. Children offered flowers at her feet, a gesture of respect and gratitude that set a meaningful tone for the year ahead.

Tika and Traditions

Each student received a tika on their forehead, a traditional mark of blessing believed to bring focus, wisdom, and good fortune. The soft chants of the Saraswati Vandana filled the air, adding a sense of calm and devotion to the joyful morning.

Welcoming a Fresh Start

Beyond the rituals, the day was filled with warmth as teachers welcomed their students back — and new students into the Honeydew family — with smiles, encouragement, and excitement for the journey ahead. It was a gentle yet meaningful reminder that at Honeydew, learning is rooted in values as much as it is in curiosity.

New Session, New Beginnings, the Honeydew Way

At Honeydew School, we believe every good beginning starts with gratitude. The Student Welcome 2026 celebration set the perfect tone for the session ahead — one of devotion, discipline, and, as always, learning through play.
